Accreditations & Projects
Design and Construct Sliding Gate Project at Riverstone Cemetery.
For the trench slabs, we began by determining the appropriate height in the asphalt car park using a dumpy level to prevent water ponding. We then excavated and tipped the existing asphalt and roller kerbs. A 20LnM trench was excavated using dumpy levels, compacted, and stabilized with DGB 20.
The trench was formed using double mesh SL82, and the roller kerbs were re-formed to the appropriate heights to prevent water ponding. Aggie piping and PVC outlets in the roller kerbs were also installed.
After pouring and finishing the concrete, we stripped and backfilled the works. The area was then asphalted to the appropriate heights to eliminate water ponding and ensure clearance for vehicles.
In total 3 trench slabs for 3 sliding gates at the Riverstone Cemetery location were completed.
Council grounds, Construct - Cycleway / Walkway 200m2-300m2 & Kerb 50LnM - 100LnM
Replacement of old hot mix 150mm Excavated/Tipped and inserting 125mm thick concrete. During excavation we found asbestos, the job was secured and the principal was informed. The asbestos contractor dug deep, and we then had filled an additional 32.16T with fill sand to provide appropriate spec in thickness. We formed the work with a 2.5% fall at 3.2m wide slab, formwork also included Connolly Key Joints/Cracker joints and SL82 mesh. We poured the works using a line pump and concrete finished. A couple of days later to allow the curing process we returned and inserted 198 Y12 galvanised dowels on the lower side of the slab and formed the kerb only with SL82 mesh. This would prevent any water accessing the resident's backyard. The kerb was done with a line pump the following day. Backfill all works using wheelbarrows so no vehicle damages entered the slab. Fence panels were used throughout the duration of this job to reduce vandalism.

Council grounds, Design and Construct new bus stop shelter slab

Council grounds Civil works, Council Residential Crossing /Layback /Footpath/ Road Pipe repair/ Road Coalmix patch up repair
Resident’s council grounds' frontage collapsed due to the main pipe beneath the road being broken. We were supported by the council with an approximate location of the pipe. We excavated 1m deep and found several issues with multiple piping as well as storm water pipe issues. The issue was resolved by inserting 10T road base to provide the standard council thickness. Formwork, pour and backfill was then completed.
